Okay Ryan...I'v been reading all ur questions for a month now...you are obsessed with trying to gain muscle! WTF! no girl wants to date a guy who looks like his been popping pills and steriods every day.
from the answer above, i can see the typical stereotype of "don't train heavy, you might accidentally wake up 1 day with 20" arms looking like ronnie coleman" ... building muscle is probably harder than getting a degree in nuclear physics if you aren't genetically gifted. and if you were genetically gifted, you wouldn't be asking any questions on yahoo answers :)
but to answer your question, BSN Nitrix is worthless. it's just overprices L-Arginine. that's basically it. it gives you better pumps in the gym, but that doesn't transelate into gains or anything. so, save your money up.
