You have to start eating more than 500 calories a day You have loss the 30lbs because of your drastic increase in calories. Your body needs at least 1200 calories a day to function or your metabolism will slow down and you won't be able to loss weight at all.

First of all, you shouldn't stop eating completely! You should measure your calories each day. Just start paying attention to how many calories you consume each day. Someone your age and activity level should be consuming between 2000 and 2500 calories a day. However, to lose a pound you need to burn 3500. The best way to do this is to get plenty of exercise and cut out 500 calories a day out of your diet. Then, at the end of the week you will have lost a pound. (500x7=3500) Good luck!

Hello!
Well, not eating is not good for your health !
You should renounce to bread, fat meat and all kinds of non natural drinks and foods. Sugar is bad! Fat is bad!
You also should have 3 meals every day... first you need to be healthy and then thin...
Good luck in loosing weight !

bottom line is burn more calories than you consume. do atleast 30 mins of cardio a day at 60-80% of your max heart rate. depending on your cardioresperatory condition. perform weight training. muscle recovery burns calories also. make sure you eat right. low fat.

you say that you only want to burn off fat, but if your not eating all day then your body is burning off fat AND lean muscle tissue. You should eat about 4 -6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism up and running all day. Sounds crazy but it actually works. Just make sure your meals are small and contain things like fruits, vegetables, and other healthy things that you enjoy.

here's some quick info for ya. First of all you should eat breakfast it sets your blood sugar lvl for the day, you dont want your body thinking its starving and therefore storing everything it can. Don't worry about not eating, see the earlier statement.... this is pretty much never the case when you need to lose weight and -not muscle-. You can eat GiAnT salads with fruit and lean proteins like eggs( easy on the yolk) Lotsa berries will give you high nutrition and you will easily use those calories with even a light workout... stay away from white grains ie... white bread, white rice, etc... and high fructose corn syrup, these are fatteners... good luck
