Working out and gaining muscle?!

Question:

Working out and gaining muscle?

I was wondering...can I just eat a diet with a lot of carbs and proteins and still gain muscle mass? I'm 6'3'' and about 170 lbs with virtually no body fat. Do I have to work out and lift weights? If so, how much should I lift? Should i max out at little reps or should I do weak weights many times?

Answers:

For muscle tone (hardness) its lower weight and many reps
For size its higher weight and lower reps in 2-3 sets with a 1 min break in between.

Careful with saturated fat in your diet, eat some more but make sure it isnt junk crap, it may help you gain weight but it sure isnt good for you.

Maybe take a look at a sports weight gain/muscle builder supplement, argos sell them and they do weights and stuff too.

Edit: ps if you buy weights avoid the cheap plastic sand filled ones, the cast iron ones are much more durable
