I'm achy from working out yesterday should I work out today or rest?!
Question: I did an out of mini trampolining yesterday my legs r sooo achy but i wana do another hour today coz i ate chinese last night and feel bad.
shud i wait til i dont ache or workout anyway :/

when u work out u have to take a day or two so that ur muscles will heal! If u keep working out ur just gonna sparin something and its fact u have to take a day or two to heal/ take it easy u know. Then start up again.
Wait until you don't ache. Have a nice soothing bath and rest a bit. If you feel better by the late afternoon or evening, go for a light jog. Eat healthy all day and drink a lot of water.
Rest.....or work out in another way that uses other muscles....I do Nautilus on one day....swim on day two...rotate back and forth...
