Center Splits?!?!?!


Question: HELP ME! omg i need to get my center splits and left splits all the way down QUICK!! my lefts are almost down like 3/4 of the way but i need help with centers. i don't care how much pain it is gonna cause me. if it is minimum pain great but idc how much pain there is. PLEASE HELP!

You can't force it or you'll tear something. And then you won't be able to do them again, maybe ever.

The fastest way to help them along is to warm up really well with cardio, then ease into a right or left split, then turn, using hands and not moving legs, into a center split. Keep alternating. Left split, center, Right split, center.

Or you can push legs against a wall into the position.

Practice 3x a day, but always be warmed up and don't push until you feel serious pain. I don't know any quicker way. Any time I rush a stretch, I mess up my legs and can't stretch as far for weeks.

Unfortunately the only thing to do is to keep practicing. Hold each stretch for 30 seconds to a minute. You can't really say "I don't care how much pain it's going to cause me," because that involves ripping your muscles. That will mean that you can't walk and will have to get to the hospital.
