but seriously, 120? thats about normal for a lot of girls. check out what your BMI should be. that's body mass index. just do a google, and you'll find a chart. but if you really want t lose weight effectively, nothing works better than good old fashioned stuff. wake up 30 minutes earlier, and do pilates or yoga or just jog and such. eat sensibly, and excercise frequently. and for those snack cravings, drink a glass of water. it'll trick your body into thinking it just ate food for a few minutes, to tide you over to meal time. dont eat too late, after 9 or 10pm usually, and eat breakfast. in fact, dont skimp on meals. have a constant schedule, and if you eat smaller portions more often, in conjunction with excercise, your body's metabolism rate goes up and you lose weight more effectively. if you stop drinking sodas completely, you'll make a big difference. yes, even diet sodas. drink water and natural tea. dont buy stuff with sugar added, so make your own juice and such. no candies- try nonfat yogurt for a sweet treat. and eat apples instead of drinking coffee to wake you up. in fact, find a list of negative calorie foods. apples and celery and brocolli- your body uses more calories digesting the food than are actually present in it, so thats a plus. start buying whole wheat bread instead of white, and no more comfort foods. these are a few tips. google has millions more. but whatever do, dont do fad diets- they'll hurt you in the long run.

but really, is 120lbs bad? check the BMI chart. there's just as big a danger in being underweight as there is in being overweight.
