Dont give up - you have finally begun and keep it up - you can make it one more day and do it all over. Drink some water -

i'm on diet too and i'm hunary too. i know how you feel. just go to sleep and don't think about it.

DON'T GIVE UP!! YOU CAN DO IT!

you dont have to starve yourself, just make sure your eating healthy and exercising, that should help you lose weight

you're probably starving yourself.

spread your calories out over 6-7 meals.. that way, you won't give yourself a chance to get hungry.

Other than taht, make sure you exercise... and to be more precise, weight train. trying to lose "weight" with diet alone and no weight training will only results in you looking "smaller" and not leaner or better.

when u get hungry try chewing gum. Also once a week give your self a treat like a scoop of ice cream. And also to aviod eating keep your self busy.

You really have to force yourself at first. But once you stop snacking for a while, you can remind yourself that you're on a streak and you're not quitting anytime soon.

Eat some grilled chicken.

It is so hard to stick to a diet when you are always feeling hungry. I used a pill called Hoodia Gordonii which is really good as it is an appetite suppressant so it makes you feel that you are full and you don't feel hungry. It makes it so much easier to stick to a diet when you don't have that hungry feeling.

A diet is *0% eating less foods and @20% modivation.

did you know that if you already ate but still feel hungry.. it really means you are dehydrated and just need a drink of water.. go for a drink of water... but if u really are hungry.. i dont think its a good idea to cut food completely.. u should just take smaller portions than usual.. soon your stomach will adjust to it and you will fill up faster... if you starve yourself ... you wont lose any weight.. u will only lose water from your body and once you go for a meal you will eat more than usual. so remind yourself that... keep yourself busy if ur craving for something you really dont need. and remember ... losing weight doesnt mean not eating.. it means exercising and eating healthy.. right now.. i say go eat an apple...or lowfat snack like cereal.. (not the sugary kind...eat cheerios and skim milk)

You have to have a balanced view on food. Never starve yourself, or you'll crave food so badly that you start binging. Even worse than that: if you're hungry your metabolism slows down.

Eat when you are hungry, but always eat healthy nutritious food. Focus on what's good for you. Make a study of healthy foods and their benefits, it will motivate you to develop good eating habits.

drink water. usually it gets you full if you drink enough you'll most likely feel sleepy after.

Take required amount of protein,fat, carbohydrates-which your body needs for performing daily activities. Don`t take less .Don`t take excess foods which your body can not burn .
Compensate your hunger by taking salads &water. Take light snacks every 3 hours-with two principle meals. take regular exercises or at least walk for half an hour.

snack on raw almonds,raw cashews and dried figs...drink lots of green tea and water in betweens..go brisk walking an hour daily...your weight will come down soon...

when i was at my smallest was when i ate the most. i just had a baby and am now able to start back to my routine now that it is getting warm and the baby can be out. keep granola cereal and bars around, salads, veggies, fruits, 2% milk, cereals like special k taste great and they are low cal, bake food instead of frying it, keep frozen and fresh yogurt around, cut down on what makes you gain weight like breads pork whatever. do snack a lot on veggies and fruit it helps fill you up. have special k, eat a granola bar in between for snacks or have some granola, nuts, rice cakes, trail mix, etc when you get hungry instead of a big bowl of ice cream have frozen or fresh yogurt. don't totally cut out the sweets or fattening food you like eat one a week instead of one a day. try to avoid sodas just cut them back. walk after a meal walking is good for losing weight

Make sure your eating enough, just healthy and if you are eating at a healthy amount, b-fast, lunch, snack, and dinner, then drink water, it will give you a feeling of being full. YOU CAN DO IT! =D Think about walking into a room full of everyone who has ever called you fat, and now your skinny =] they'll be like DAMMMNN! haha

you poor thing! But you are aware of your goals, so good on you. You can lose weight. First of all, visualise what you want to be. Second of all believe it, play it over and over in your mind how you are going to be, until you can feel it! Then put in the steps you need to get there.
