How do you lose some weight?!


Question: i really want to lose weight so i get skinnier.i would really want to be skinnier please can you give me a good answer such as a weekly or daily plan with diets and excercise.

Eat 3 small meals + 2-3 snacks (5-6 meals total daily) as close to evenly spread out throughout the day, as possible given the various lifestyle differences people have (work, school, homemaker, etc.), containing fruits or veggies & fiber containing foods as meals and snacks. Cinnamon can help your body to metabolize sugar into energy.

Drink before you eat, but not during your meal it confuses your body's digestive system, it can and often does stop digesting food when you begin to drink a liquid.

Take Multi-Vitamins, B Vitamins, drink green tea instead of coffee or at least more of it than coffee, drink 12 - 8 ounce glasses of water & walk 5+miles - 5 days a week = 2,500+miles weekly to give urself energy & help speed up your metabolism too!

You may need to take Zinc, Magesium & Iron to help metabolize your food into energy.

Remember to NOT consume too much NIACIN (B3) some people can get a temporary rash and/or hot flash feeling from too much of it.

Limit sweets & carbs do not eliminate them if they are already in your diet, because your diet will not last long if you do so.

Remember if you drink soda diet or otherwise you need to drink the same amount of water to over compensate for the sodium in the soda.

Crash diets are a bad idea, it's about changing habits for the long term and being fit and healthy. Maintaining a correct weight is essential for a healthy heart (to see what weight you should be do a google search 'calculate BMI' or something like that).

Make little goals for yourself, like maybe your first can be that you power walk for half an hour, then the next goal could be that when you do the walk you do say 4 lots of 2 minute jogs. Also if you want to tone muscle, lifing weights is good but don't push it too much!!

As for eating, a massive problem these days is people eat too big portion sizes and too much take away, so try to learn about correct portion size and eat plenty of fruit and veg. Maybe grow your own veggies it's really satisfying and you get good exercise too!!

Drink lots of water atleast 12-15 glasses in a day.Water helps to reduce weight. First of all avoid sweets and fried foods.Morning walk is necessary for u.Drink lemon water in morning.Take light food in morning..In lunch, eat salad and fruits. Diet and exercise are not going to do it. They are too hard and eventually you will faulter and fail. You need to find a way to burn calories such that you enjoy it. It must be fun, otherwise you will evenually quit.

In my opinion, sports are the best solution to losing weight. More enjoyable than working out or jogging. Find a fast pace sport, learn to play well, and play 2 - 3 times a week. This, along with some mild workout and dieting should cause you to lose weight.

My personal favorite would be Volleyball. Fast pace, meet new people and can be played year round (indoor and Sand). Tennis is another good option.

Whatever it is, it must be fun if you plan to lose and maintain the weight lose.
