"Lovehandles"?!


Question: The muffin tops, that sort of bulge out of the top of your jean if they're tight.. I can't seem to tone up this area?
Any people (or personal trainers:P) that have successfully toned/ lost their love handles please give describe an excercise, with the details (or a youtube vid you do etc..)

-please from experience, don't post a random video

Basically, any exercise that involves a twisting movement between the upper and lower body should help. You could try using a lateral stepping machine, doing sit ups with a twist so that your elbow meets the knee on the opposite side of the body, or, using a swiss ball, lie with your hips on the ball and your feet on the floor, against a wall for support, and raise your upper body, toning the lower back.
I've found these helpful, I hope they work for you too.

okay a couple ways you can get rid of that unwanted muffin top is to do lots of sit ups. and there is a video on you tube called "How to get rid of love handles with a broom" that also shows a really good movement that works the waist/hip area. until you have reached your goal and you dont want fat spilling over your jeans you can purchase a body suit wich is like a swim suit that is tight in your hip/ waist area and it will give you some form. good luck i hope this helps!!!
