Sounds like either a lack of iron, or low blood pressure. Try a multivitamin, and increase your meals per day. I used to get dizzy and blackout(when i stood up fast) all the time. I never had that problem again once i started taking vitamins, eating 6 meals per day, and started exercising 4 times per week. So dont stop exercising, just eat better. Hope this helps.

u need to drink liquids.. that will help!
and and just eat when u are hungry.. dnot plan ur meals.. and dont be afraid to like snack!

i would drink lots of water.. ur prob. dehydrated!

maybe-try a multivitamin with iron---

probably dehydrated or lack of food..drink water when u get dizzy first, then lie down for 5 minutes..see if u get better..if not, eat something lie an apple or so,ething

well, it may be u did not eat your meal on time, not enough food, not enough suger in your blood.
but that what happen to me: too much computer, and not enough sleep. check yourself that did your spend a lot of time on computer, 6hour up, depend on people.
if it get worse or even pass out, be sure go to see the doctor.

Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product (I only wanted something 100% natural). I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little "help" so I decided to try this great detoxification colon cleanse and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at
