8 pounds in 8 weeks?? how can i loose it? ive never lost weight before.?!


Question: Ok, right now i weigh 120 pounds and im 5'2. i know thats not huge, but i deff. have some extra pounds especially on my stomach, thighs, and butt that i would love to get rid of. ive never tried to loose weight before, but im going away this summer with friends to California...(beach vaction)...and im really not comfterble the way i look in a swim suit. There are 8 weeks left of school, and 12 weeks until my vacation. I would like to loose 8 pounds before i go. Is it possible? Also, how do i loose weight? i mean, now i eat pretty good and i work out 3-4 days a week so idk what i need to change to loose weight (as i mentioned before, im new to this, and dont know what to do) any sort of advice would be helpful. You have a really realistic goal.
If you're under 17, you should be eating 1800 cals at least a day, and above that, try 1500-1600, as well as your exercise, these should come from healthy foods.

As for exercise, maybe up the intensity, or try something new, it'll shock your body into helping shed the extra pounds.

Also, try doing pilates, it's really good for toning and could help you lose a couple of extra inches.

It's possible but very unhealthy to lose 8lbs in a week. You may want to look into the master ceanse diet, where you don't eat anything for a week and just drink the water blend drink.
