I am currently maintaining my weight. But when I used to be 45 pounds heavier, I was really motivated to lose it all off and now am trying my very best to keep it off.

Mostly it stays the same

I gain weight in the winter and take it off in the spring. I lose approx. 18-20 pounds each year in the spring. I have a few more to go this pring.

It's stays about the same always.

The desire to lose or gain weight , depends on the person or individuals age, As an individual grow older , the desire to lose weight would differ as to those with younger age....
In my own opinion, what is important in a person, no matter what age is not losing weight, but eating the right food, exercise a little( depends on what your body needs),to have firm muscles....and have a positive outlook in life.....
