To make them "pop" out more, you need to do more ab workouts with resistance.

Put a light dumbbell on your chest, put your feet under something stable like a couch and do situps, then after that do crunches, then do leg lifts. Work your abs 3-5 times per week.

Cardio makes them show more, but ab workouts make them bigger.

You need to have a low body fat percentage to see your abs, so if you cant see them, do more cardio.

Lots of workout and less carbs intake!

Squeeze them tight

treat them like any other muscle group. Add weight to the exercises. Work them out like you would do for arms or chest, by Increasing the weight. Do abs everyother day in the gym for approximately 15-20 minutes or at least 2 exercises (3 sets for each one) in the gym prior to a workout.

The beers are just in a plastic ring. Try pulling harder,they will come out easily. You must be very wimpy,maybe your girlfriend can help open them.
