Should I do a full body work out or split work out?!

Split, because if you do a full body work out you get tired at the end and can't give 100% to those muscles you work at the end.
You have to leave at least a day for each muscle group to rest and rebuild itself if you want to gain any muscle mass.
This means either you can work everything out at once and only work out every other day, or you can do what I and a lot of other people do and split it up so you can go every day..

You could only get away with working out full if you work out 3 or less days a week. But even then I'd still say split.
