Bathing suit body!??!?!


Question: i want to feel comfortable wearing a two piece bathing suit. i was wondering if anyone could help me find an exercise program that i can do at home to loose like 15 pounds in like 2 months. i am 13, 5'1, and 113lbs. please help!!!!!!!! also what else could i do to loose wheight? i do not want to spend hundreds of dollars on equipment! i was thinking along the lines of mabe buying an execise ball,and running more.

well im a model &13 too, so i try to keep a flat stomach too! dont starve yourself. you cant lose any weight if you dont eat! so eat alot of veggies, fruit, subway, applesauce,whole grain chips,salsa and low calorie stuff. drink alot of water, tea but no soda! do excercises-bellydancing, running, (swimming), basketball, just play sports & excercise 30 minutes everyday & you'll lose weight. say no to pizza(unlessit's veggie), candy, & bigcarbs.you'll be good to go!

Uh, you sound like you have a bathing suit body already - you're rather skinny and it's a GOOD skinny.

run. eat salad,fruit and vegtables,
lift weights

u r in normal weight range for height

you do not need to lose weight. you are at a healthy weight, just have some confidence in yourself

You should not lose 15 lbs. maybe 8 if you want to be at the weigh the "they" consider healthy.
dont starve yourself or anything, just live life and dont work to hard.

Just eat good and exercise

you are NOT overweight at all.
15 lbs is nothing in 2 months, just eat right, ...but even more , exercise~

wooooow. you should lose 15 pounds! maybe like 10. u should run, do cruches, push ups, go to the gym also.

try going on youtube.com and look up things like home exercise.. im sure looks of things will come up ...hope this helps

Okay, I'd say so.
Push-ups and sit-ups are excellent for you. Just do 5-10 of each, three times a day, and gradually increase the numbers over time.

Guess what, i would die for your body. You already have a bathing suit body. If you lose those 15 lbs it might be damaging to your health so really think about it. But if you do want to get skinnier try walking and don't think of the weight think of the size that you want to get to. Muscle tone is a good thing you don't want to look like a little boy do you?

I recommend eating right, a healthy diet increases metabolism.. I have a very fast metabolism and have no problem with weight, it doesn't have a chance to build.. I also recommend excersize, jogging, biking, swimming like you already do but maybe in a wave-pool to increase muscle fatigue. Hiking is good, roller-bladding, race-walking (one of my favorites).. get a partiner for some of these, makes it w whole lot more fun with 2-3..:-))

Maybe sports, soccer (my favorite), basketball, soft-ball, racket-ball.. Long walks work too, especially if it's with someone you get along with... Just trying to help you here honey, there is so much out there for you.. I hope this helps you.. GOOD LUCK!!

omg i'm in the same exact position. but i've realized that i'm already healthy. you honestly don't need to lose weight, but if you want to get in better shape i would consider doing some of the following:

1) running a few times a week
2) ab workouts
3) pushups

if you have on demand there are some great workouts that you can do. good luck :)

&& don't worry about losing weight, just focus on getting in better shape. i gaurantee you'll feel better about your body in no time.
