What breakfast can i have for 3-4 hrs of lasting energy?!


Question:

What breakfast can i have for 3-4 hrs of lasting energy?

i work from 10.30 a to 5p im very active at my job im walking around all the time, so i have high protein south beach diet's bar for breakfast and some maria cookies with a cup of coffee what can i switch to eating that is healthy as i am trying to shed a couple of pounds ?
p.s i have a sweet tooth in the morning btw :)

Try to get a high fiber breakfast. Weetabix Organic Crispy Flakes with Fiber is great - it has 11g of fiber per serving. Kashi cereals are also high in fiber.
