I want to get thicker all around but not sure how to go about it. so any suggest!
Question: Whatever you do, do not go on an all junkfood diet. That will just make you obese, and unhealthy.
To gain weight safely, intake slightly more calories than usual, stock up on protein, meat, beans, fruits, veggies and whole wheat carbs. If you're a woman, you will gain alot of the weight on your mid area, for a guy, it would be similar but it is easier.
Also, if you run, you can tend to gain muscle, which will make you seem heavier, and then your calorie intake will be more, but you will also burn more.
Do it a healthy way though..
