How do I get more Saturated and Unsaturated fat in my diet?!


Question: According to my teacher I need to have more fat in my diet. Approximately 27g more of saturated fat, and 48g of unsaturated fat. However, she wants me to increase my other nutrients as little as possible. I don't eat meat so I have no idea how to do this. I can't ask her because I need to write about this in my report.

So the question is, how do I get more fat in my diet?

start sauteeing your veggies, tofu, pasta and whatever else you eat in olive oil. its a healthy fat and tastes good!

Having that much saturated fat is BAD.

What you probably need is mono and polyunsaturated fats - the GOOD kind.

Healthy fats you need, eat almonds, olive oil, NATURAL peanut butter, flax seed oil

Eat a sausage biscuit with egg from Mcdonalds.
