Need reasonable advice for this situation plz...?!
Question: i'm very susceptible to a lower knee kick within the stomach followed by a smack with the sole of the leg into my back. This technique has been performed several times onto me and each time i've fallen even when i've expected it. I seem to intuitively bend down so as to block the jab into the stomach yet when i turn around to deflect the sole kick it's too late and the damage has been done and i'm down on the ground and they then kick my body whilst i'm on the ground and step on it.
Need advice so i can react quicker and other defensive techniques.
I'm 14 and 5 foot 11inches so something capable for my physique.

kick in the back of the knee, elbow to the eye, or if all else fails go for the balls. If you're not in a position where you can kick the balls (and you don't wanna try to punch them and not hurt the guy and end up looking like a puss), grab them and pull. Also, research pressure points. I know theres one in the wrist that will bring a man DOWN.
