How can i get rid of my stomach fat in time for summer? [in about 1 month]?!

Cardio...lots of it. Do it for 35 minutes six days every week.

Eat more fruits, vegetables, drink 64 oz of water every day. Think positive, and aim high. Keep in your calorie range! Crunches and situps help!

It's a lot more easier than it sounds. You can do it I'm sure!

Change your lifestyle and do this forever. Drink lots of water, walk, run, bike, or swim an hour every day except 1 then do stretching and upper body toning. Eat fruits & vegetables.

No alcohol
no bread
no burgers
No candy
No chips
no corn
no fried foods
No pasta
No pizza
No potatoes
No sodas
No energy drinks
No sugar

When we want to get rid of body fat, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body. Doing situps won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve. The way to burn fat is through a calorie restricted diet in conjunction with an exercise routine that will burn calories. Activities that burn calories include running, biking, swimming and other high intensity activities.

Pilates. It looks like it doesn't do anything since its not cardio, but omg it hurts and it works lol

You should do aerobics.
It will make you lose inches and it's kinda fun.

there is a book called the flat belly diet. It was in the prevention magazine. Not sure how quicky you lose the weight though. You can look into that.

You need to do a combination of things. Biking is great! Keep that up!
Also, take a look at your diet and make sure that you cut down on foods that are high in fat/calories.

Also, you can check out www.webdietsuccess.com for a cool daily calorie calculator which will calculate the amount of calories that you need to consume each day to reach your 1 month goal. There is also another cool tool there where you can calculate your exercise and see how many calories you are burning.

Eat a healthy diet inc fruit n veg and less fat and carbs and do plenty of varied exercise and some sit ups (so you'll have a toned stomach when you've got rid of any fat covering it).
They wont specifically get rid of the fat on your belly but you need to burn more calories than your eating to lose weight
