Running in place to lose weight?!

Running in place to lose weight?

im currently trying to lose weight and i want to do exercise too, but i cant run outside because its burning hot, and we don't have a treadmill. running in place for 30 minutes would be good exercise right?

That would be fine. Make sure you pump your arms and have the motion of real running to burn the same calories.
