I've taken Muscletech's naNO x9 before. It is NOT a steroid. It is nitric oxide. What nitric oxide does is basically dialates your blood vessels to force more blood to flow into your muscles and veins. This increase vascularity (veins pop a little bit more) With increased training load it also gives a more intense "pump" Take 10-30 minutes proir to training even though it advertises 9 seconds as the activation point.

I enjoyed this product but if you are looking more mass and alot of energy I would recommend BSN's NO-XPOLDE. It has N.O. activators and also contains creatine and some caffine for your gittery can lift the world feeling.
