Going on strict diet?!


Question: i would like to lose 10 pounds in 2 months or so... i am going on a diet where i eat healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner with no snacks. i am also drinking iced lemon water.

the question is will i have to exercise? how much, and what type?

First of all, I wouldn't recommend not snacking. You probably need to eat your 3 meals a day and have 2-3 snacks in between. Choose healthy things like lf yogurt or cheese, fruit, veggies, whole wheat crackers, etc.

Without knowing how old you are, tall you are, or what gender you are, it's hard to exactly pinpoint your calorie intake, but make sure you are getting the right amount. If you search online, you can find recommended daily amounts for calories, etc. Sparkpeople.com is my personal favorite - it breaks down calories from fat, carbs, and protein, etc.

Not just for weight control, but for your overall health, you need to be getting 30-45 minutes of cardio at least 3-4 times a week.

yes. i am on a same goal too and trust me girrl, you need to excercise at least 3 times a week.
