What do you guys class as being 'fat'???!

Question: Being classified as fat means that you have 10 pounds of unnecessary fat on you. Here are some tips:

When eating food, eat slowly, and don't always eat when you're stuffed to the brim.

You shouldn't eat, obviously when you're depressed, because when you are sad, the body needs some comforting and it finds that you can get that by eating something you like.

I really hope that i helped! :D

when you have ur stomach hanging past your pant's waistline and your legs are as big as dobermans

It all depends on your height. BMI is probably the best indicator of whether or not you are 'fat'. If you would like to check, go to http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/

Also, many people say that the old rule is that if you pinch your stomach and you grab more than an inch, you are fat. This, however, is a very old rule of thumb and I wouldn't go by it. Again, I think BMI is the best indicator.

Hope this helps =]

weighing too much.

It's based on your BMI (body mass index) A healthy BMI is between 18.5 and 24.9. It's based on your height and weight. Use the BMI calculator to find out "if you're fat": http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/adul...

The website goes into detail about the BMI, what classifies as underweight, overweight and obese.

If she's wider than my thumb, she's fat.
