Need help losing 10 more lbs!!!!?!

Question: I started at 260 but droped down to 225 in 90 days by eating cereal for breakfast and lunch and drinking only calorie free drinks. And excersizing when I can. But now I am having a very hard time lossing more. I only have ten to go. Last week I didn't lose any (I also added coke zero to the diet and I suspect it might be the reason.)

Any advice for the last ten?

I dropped from 249 to 218 in three months doing the same. I'm also at a plateau, however I do not drink any soda at all, lots of water only. My problem is that I haven't totally given up carbs., like pasta, bread, rice, etc., just cut back. Try cutting such things all together, and no sweets.

don't drink cokes! even if it's for diet u shouldn't drink any of fizzy drinks!!! because they slow down work in stomach and all food you eat after goes into fat!!!no food from fast food shops!!!!and no food after 6pm!!!! and if you will start eating fat food u will get twice more weight when u are now! so be carefull with that!!! and you shouldn't worry about your weight!!! 225 it's normal!!!! and you should be proud hunni=]!! make sure u eat healthy! and do exercises regulary!!! also u can go to swiming!!!! because when u swim all your body muscles moves and it is quikest way of loosing weight!!! (my own experience!!!!!) and remember hunni! no fizzy drinks!

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

The coked could be the problem. Wheather it's a diet soda or not you can still gain weight. You're body prepares itself for the sweet taste of the diet sodas and gains the weight as you drink it even if it's calorie free. Just stick to the diet you have been on. Also the more you weigh, the easier it is for you to lose weight because your body has to work harder in lets say 30 minutes worth of walking than a body with a healthy weight. So the less you weigh means that you might have to extend your excersise time.

What kind of training are you doing? You sound like you have reached a training plateau. If you always do what you've always done, you will always get what you've always got. In other words i think you may need to make a change in your training methods. Maybe some high intensity interval training.
Good Luck
