Will tea help me lose weight?!
Question: I bought this special tea that is supposed to help you lose weight. Don't get me wrong, i'm on a strict diet and i work out 4 times a week. I was thinking about switching coffee for tea and i didn't know if "dieting tea" really worked. Just wondering that's all =D

Tea and coffee are diuretics, which means that they get rid of your body's water. They could get rid ofyour water retension in your body.
