Will you lose weight swimming?!


Question: my dad told me the other day that swimming wont make you lose weight, only tone, is this true? if it is, thats really disapointing as i hate running but would happily swim for an hour to lose weight! i also have cellulite on my thighs and bum, will swimming get rid of this?

swimming does lose you weight definitely as i lost 8st in 18 month by swimming 3 times a week .you go for it and good luck!!!!

swimming can help you lose some pounds and tone your body. because your burning some calories and working out all your muscle group.
