Here's my plan: is it bad or not?!


Question: Try to lose 10 lbs ASAP, fast as I can by eating less and exercising (and healthy foods). Then after that, I will increase my calorie intake to about 1800 (200 less than normal) and continue exercising. I will slowly lose my 5 more lbs. After this, I will work on maintaining, lean muscle and healthy life long habits. My exercise might be less intense (like an hour of walking instead of 30 minutes of running etc).

also make sure you eat when you're hungry, but instead of snacking on random thing eat stuff low in fat and cals and high in protein and fiber. if your body feels hungry and you don't feed it, you'll actually stop losing. but other than that good job! :]

Good!!!Just make sure you are eating less of the unhealthy stuff.. make sure u eat lots of fruit and veggies in the morning so you can cleanse out your body...

definetly give it a try then if it doesnot work then pray and god will gie you an answer as to what to do to lose weight if he wants you to. and always be listening for his answer

It is OK.

Remember, losing like this - the weight may come back quickly.

If you eat less it doesn't mean you'll lose weight quicker. You should eat the same amount of food but swap unhealthy for healthy.
