Am i leading a healthy life?!
Question: Every Monday: 2 hours+ of climbing (like on a wall)
Three sessions a week of running for approx 25 minutes.
3 hours acting, dancing, singing session (lots of moving around)
1 hour a week netball/basketball/hockey
20 sit-ups a night
General household stuff eg. mowing the grass for 1 hour a week etc.
HOWEVER! I do watch about 1-2 hours a day of TV and i got to the cinema once a month.
My diet is varied. Sometimes i have a bad week and eat take-outs, other weeks i'm all for fish and veggies.

It sounds like you are leading a healthy life. You seem very active, much more active then some people I know. I would keep on doing what you are doing.
You are very active so you can get away with eating more calories.
