I look so horrible!?!
Question: After joining track I've gained muscle. It pushed the fat out and now it looks like I'm all fat (even though there's muscle underneath).
What do I do?!! I feel so gross now. I eat VERY healthy (brown rice/bread, lean meats, nuts, only water, no junk food, FRUITS, veggies etc). I eat about 1800-2000 calories a day. If I eat less I won't have energy to workout and my metabolism will go down. I've been doing track for 3 months btw.

Your diet sounds excellent. I too have had to drop a significant amount of weight and had to perform at a high level (wrestling). Try spreading your food intake throughout the entire day. I'm a big fan of the "6 small meals a day" plan. I lost 25 lbs on it and was in the best shape of my life. And remember, its not always what you look like; how you feel is always more important.
