How can you lose 20 pounds in 4 months?!


Question: Drink lots of water. [about 8 glasses a day] and when you eat, you can eat anything you want but it has to be the size of your palm. Eat only 3 meals a day, [ Breakfast,Lunch, Dinner] and if You are still hungry Eat apples,grapes,bananas,orages....,. But work out to it will help alot.

Well, DO NOT just stop eating, that won't do anything.

Pick up your pace and excercise, I'd try maybe like 30 minutes of cardio , maybe more, every other day (you don't want to strain your muscles), and then a walk on the inbetween days (just a simple walk).

You'd have to cut out fatty foods, foods high in sugar. Fruit juice is concieving, they're often packed with very high amounts of sugar. Beef and other red meats also have high fat counts, so stick with chicken,pork or turkey if you eat meats.

For dairy, choose stuff with SKIM milk, whole milk has way more calories.

Try "i can't believe it's not butter" instead of whole butter, that also cuts back calories. So does wheat bread (or whole grain anything) vs. white (the white bread or white grain is often packed with sugars to keep it from rotting).

So if you stick to a whole grain diet with lots of fruits, veggies and excercise..you should be good.

AND ONE THING: drink your daily glasses of water. 8 a day, so your body can function. also, 3 glasses of skim milk a day helps too.
