Turbo jam, lose ten pounds in 10 days?!


Question: i have turbo jam and i have been doing it. i just started last week and i love it. my question is to lose 10 pounds in 10 days do u have to do it everyday or do it how they show to do it in the booklet? like begginer, advanced? the infomercial said you could lose 10 pounds in 10 days so i was just wondering....
im asking cause the instructions say to rest on the weekend but im not sure i should? i think i have to do it everyday (to lose the 10 in the 10 days). if you don't know what im talking about please do not respond. and please do not tell me its not healthy... thanks

You should follow the plan mostly as written, The eating plan should be followed very strict. You can add a 6th day of workout but make it either The 20 Min routine or at the most Cardio Party. You can even use day 6 for a brisk walk or outdoor activity like a bike ride etc.

You will most likely lose about 5 or 6 pounds of fat, the rest will be water and other weight. Do know that 5 or so pounds is very strong (look at 5 tubs of butter) :) I say 5 because your body takes time to metabolize fat and 2 - 2.5 pounds of fat per week is usually what it can do.

The good thing about the 10 day plan is it gets your body in fat burning mode and really sets you up for maximum success further in your plan.

Do be sure to keep at least one of the rest days though to give your muscles a chance to repair and to not over train.

you should rest on the weekends if it says so because it could throw off your whole routine.......
and stop doing that its really not healthy because it makes u loose muscle and will leave you with nothing but bones like Nicole Richie!!
and people arnt attracted to that

you cant lose 10 true pounds in 10 days....you can just lose water weight which will come right back after the 10 days is up...diet and exercise if you need to lose weight
