What is the best way to tell someone that their weight gain/poor health is out o!

Question:

What is the best way to tell someone that their weight gain/poor health is out of control?

Answers:

First, make sure you are totally alone. Then, tell the person that you care about their health, and you care about them. Tell him/her that you totally trust them and hope they trust you. Gently tell them they are gaining weight. You are not trying to hurt their feelings, just lay it down soft. Tell them you are very willing to help with diet and excersize. If they are in denial, just ask if they want to go to the mall, walking around the mall is very healthy. Also, when it's time to eat, get something very healthy and they may feel akward eating junk. Try asking if they want to play a little '1 on 1' basketball, if they want to go swimming, go on a bike ride, a hike, or even going on a walk. They may enjoy it, and you can make it routine!

Good luck to you and your friend!
