I lost 11lbs in 2 weeks, i want to lose more.. how can i do it?!


Question: I've been eating very little and i've always had a fast metabolism.. drink water, exercise etc..i'm 139lbs right now and i want to be 120lbs by june 1st. i'm 5'7..will i make it???

You shouldn't eat very little!

What your body does when you eat very little is start to panic!
It thinks theres a lack of food (for want of a more technical phrase).

As soon as you start to eat properly again you body puts all that food straight into fat stores just in case there is a lack of fodd again.

My suggestion is eat healthily, not too much but not too little. Exercise as much as possible. Drink lots of water. Don't get too stressed in life, this can have negative effects.
I would recommend visiting a your doctor to get advise from him/her.

maybe if you want to be a little healthier you can eat more and exercise 2-4 times a week

eating very little will bloat your body. this is true. you will not loose weight. eat healthy, not little, and excersise at least 20 min. a day

why do you want to be so skinny? and why are we asking how to loose weight quick? haven't you already lost weight pretty fast, do what you're doing...?

just dont eat as much...i am on a diet now and i just eat my meals and they r smaller portions....also i wald 3miles eery night and it works!

Keep doing what youre doing...youre doing a good job. Just make sure youre burning more calories than you eat...but at the same time keeping to a healthy, balanced diet and drinking lots of water. This will help you lose weight as well as keeping healthy.

Cutting portions is always a good way to loose weight. Try to not snack... especially on foods such as chips,nuts,cookies, or other fattening foods. If your really hungry between meals fruits and veggies are the way to go!
But if you really don't want to eat veggies and you really have a sweet tooth the 100 calorie packs are my favorite. You can get them at just about any grocery store, and they taste really yummy :)

go vegetarian, its good for you, the animals, and the enviorment.
