How come, whenever I go a day without food or water, I experience frequent urina!

I would imagine its because your body is burning off the glucose supply it stores in the liver when it burns it off it releases the water it was store in result in urination. The liver stores about 4lbs of glucose/water mixture (for the want of simple explaination) which when released is a lot of water

I'm sure you already know going an entire day without food or water is very unhealthy, your body needs at least 1200 calories and a few cups of liquids a day to function properly.
