Is this okay or normal?!


Question: Well today I didn't eat a lot first around 10 I had breakfast, at like 1 I had some ice cream, and at like 5 i had some tiny square potatoes. I haven't eaten anything since and now its 8:00. I did exercise ondemand for 16 minutes and got sweaty but not dripping. I wanted to lose weight and exercise since I wasn't eating much and not that hungry. I also have my period. Is this normal to happen when you have your period.

Some woman do go off food at this time, but you are not eating right. eat plenty of fruit.

Well dont be starving your self but it may be normal because when you have your period your going through changes

Your fine, your body might be just adjusting to the change in your diet, because your on a diet.
But, the main reason i know your okay, is that you had your period. If you didnt get yout perioad, i would be worried, because, for a girl, your period means you are heathy and maturing, and by the sounds of it, you are in the right path.
