How can i flattern my stomach before tomorrow night!?!


Question: I have a small frame and I'm naturally quite slim, I weigh about 7 stone, but I have a bit of a belly as I eat junk food all the time!
I'm going to a fancy dress party tomorrow, wearing a costume that shows my stomach, how can I get it flat before then?!

depending on how much of a belly you have, you can get it a little tighter and flatter by tomorrow by doing lots of stamach crunches. they tighten your stomach, and you can usually see results the next day if you're fairly slim already.

and eat healthy foods today and tomorrow.
and don't eat really salty foods tomorrow, they'll make you bloated and your stomach will look worse.

That's a joke, right?????

It is depending on the size ,but that isn't enough time if your very over weight,sorry.

Wear a skin coloured corset.

u cant get it flat naturally in one night, u can suck in in the whole night ur out but that will get uncomfortable. but u can get it flatter in preparation for another party. u can for one thing stop eating so much junk food and start eating more fruit and vegetables not just 2 make ur stomach flat but to help ur whole boddy function normally. u can also do sit ups, stomach planks, v twists and heaps more type 'stomach exercises' into google and u will come up with a whole heap more. also try exercising like walking or riding a bike for 30 mins each day caz this will help as well

First of all don't eat any junk food! Small meals with snacks in between - salads, fish, lots of vegetables - should hopefully reduce any bloating. Drink lots of water and no fizzy drinks. If there are any foods you know that make you feel bloated then avoid them. Good luck!

Theres only 1 way that i know of and that is to get rid of all that junk food by clearing some ofit out with a sea salt laxative and giving your all in crunches!!! Hope i could help good luck!

Nothing short of liposuction can work that fast. And that's not a viable solution for you because that would leave your belly looking bruised for several days if not weeks.

If you have a bulge from lack of muscle tone, abdominal exercises can firm up the muscles, but that won't work overnight.

If you are only 7 stone (44kg or 98lbs), I doubt you have enough of a belly to worry about. It sounds like what you are worried about are the natural beautiful curves of a woman. Believe me when I say you really don't want to loose those.

The belly is not supposed to be completely flat on any female, not even the most lean and trim. There are muscles that will give you a slight curve in the front. That curve is beautiful and natural. Many girls torture themselves trying to eliminate it not realizing that it is actually a feature guys subliminally look for on a biological, unconscious level when choosing a future mate.

*edit* The combination of fasting, "cleansing", and ab-work that another suggested will leave you too weak to enjoy the evening. Don't do it!

To prevent your stomach bloating, don't drink any fizzy drinks and try not to drink too many liquids. Also, try to avoid wheat as this often makes you bloat up.
