I've recently started myself on a diet. In the morining i go in the tub have a hot bubble bath and after that have special K cerael with strawberries. What should I drink along with it? Sunny D? Water? For Lunch I usally have an apple and blueberries not sure what else should i have any ideas? Then I go to the park for an hour and play around and exercise. For dinner anything usually nothing too heavy. and go outside again for 30 min and take a shower and go to sleep! I hope this will decrease my wieght. Any more ideas? Like wat should i drink for breakfast? What else should i have along with lunch? I wiegh maybe about 118 my hieght is 5'3

You're well within the normal healthy weight range, so I don't see any reason you should be starving yourself like you are. You need more whole grains and proteins in your diet - fruit is good, but it doesn't provide all of your dietary needs. Leafy green vegetables are also a good idea, as they provide lots of fiber and help fill you up.

Try having a small sandwich with lunch - a slice of meat or tofu with some lettuce and tomato and just a little bit of light mayo, or a wrap with caesar salad and chicken inside.

The average woman needs to eat about 1200 calories a day. to be healthy, and the supermodels and celebrities everyone seems to idolize these days are seriously underweight. I'm not saying you need to stuff yourself, just that you're in the healthy range for a woman.

The best thing you can do for yourself at this point is to NOT cut back to practically nothing, because that will send you into starvation mode, which will make it harder to lose weight, not easier. Keep exercising, keep eating lots of fruits and veggies, and don't obsess about your weight - it's fine!
