(3.)are potatoes and bananas good to gain weight or will eating two of these just make you fat?
(4.) how much should i exercise and what kind should i preform?
(5.) how many pant sizes do you think 17 lbs is?
(6.) what kind of ground beef should i use lean or regualar?
(7.) should i take protein shakes?
(8.) do starches add immediate fat onto your body or over time?

1. protein shakes
2. a few months with good nutriiton and exercise (weight lifting is best as muscle weighs more than fat)
3. yes they are good just don't load the potatoes with fat i.e. butter etc.
4. weight training 5 times a week working different areas of the body, most trainers will give you one free sessions
5. that will vary depening on the height, gender, etc
6. grass fed beef
7. yes- Jarrows is best. or another brand with no sugar
8. yes, i ate lots of starches to gain weight after being malnourshied and ill for 2 years to gain weight back.
