How do you get big biceps, good looking abs, and good sized pecs?!

Question: the key is not only regular exercise but good diet. to build up muscle you need fuel in the form of carbohydrates to pack on mass. supplements pre-workout such as a quick release protein and carbs supplement such as MAX's Srt and a post work out creatine such as Musahi Recovery stack worked wonders for me. a slow release protein such as Max's GTE is good for replacing protein lost during sleep/ at night. mix these on workout days with a high protein and carb diet you will get massive. when it comes to exercise dont start out on dynamic free weights sticking to machines will help so much building that strength in joints needed to perform free weight movements. for bigger biceps you have to hit you triceps hard to. without big triceps you wont get big biceps. you should try to separate your workouts into body parts such as one day for just biceps/triceps, shoulders, back/triceps, chest/biceps, legs. make sure u get adequate rest between sessions over 36 hours for each body part. you have to work your whole body to get big not just one or two parts.

Dont start off trying to strain with heavy weights either. form is they key to getting big. except for biceps you can cheap on your form in them infact on the last set its good to overload your arms and really cheapt to kick start that size. incline curls with light weights are a good warm up do drop sets dropping the weight each set concentrate on form (arms straight shoulders back). move onto preacher curl and barbell curl *(form plus one set of heavier weight) concentration curls standing hit your upper biceps giving you bulge in it. with triceps do lying skull crushers with a barbell and french press that builds good lean mass. move onto rope exercises after that. on chest days separate you workout into section upper lower middle chest. on upper do incline press with dumbells and adjust the angle of the bench each set to hit it hard. middle chest can be hit with flyes. try using the cables to perform flyes give you resistance the whole way through the range of motion. alternate between hitting the upper chest first one week then lower next and so on. i suggest personal trainers to mate wise investment. anyway hope it goes well for ya champ
