Question: stop being dumb and use some common sense. dont do things like not eat for 3 days or live off bread and butter. you have to realize the body needs NUTRITIOUS foods to function not f* Taco Bell or Arby's with no physical activity which is why your fat in the first place. eat a healthy 1200 calories a day diet and do some walking. it doesnt matter if you weight 300 pounds, you will lose weight. does that make sense?

Um...chill out! Why do you care if ppl want to be thin or not?? Some ppl need more than 1200 calories FYI!!! So you don't know exactly what your talking about...but overall its Ok advice.

Hey stupid thin person!

First off, have some compassion for fellow human beings. Fat people are people too. Secondly, get an education. There are reasons why fat people are fat beyond that the intake (calories) exceeds output (exercise). There are many diseases that mess with your metabolism and there is also something called a genetic predisposition to gaining weight. Do your research and have a heart. Quit picking on people different than you for wanting to change.

i dont think people who live off bread and butter would be thin. butter is really fattening, its something i avoid. what ur saying makes sense though. i think i agree. more people need 2 get off their backsides and put some effort in.

Some people have health problems (endocrine disorders such as cushings or thyroid, or cancer) or are on medications (that are saving their lives) which cause them to swell up a bit. You're obviously NOT a doctor or nutritionist - stop judging where you have no right. There is no one simple answer for everything. Sure, some people do eat poorly. Then again, some overeat because of emotional damage - many overweight women have been found to have been victims of rape and abuse as children - they eat to cope. Some drink to cope but are thin...it's an emotional disorder. Calling them fat is not helpful.

They can always lose weight - you will remain as you are, full of anger, misinformation and a seriously misplaced sense of superiority. Develop some empathy, be a person. Be something other than what you weigh.
