Im 14 and I started at doing 10 push-ups a night for two weeks when I was 13(I am almost 15 so it has almost been 2 years). Every two weeks, I made a decision to increase the number by 5-10. At first, I went by 5 because I was not very used to all of the muscle training. Then, I went to 10 more every two weeks. Now, I do about 120 a night, 6 sets of 20. I have stopped the increase because I am fairly happy with the results, but mostly the arm results.

eat alot nd work out

push-ups tend to work the arm and shoulder areas more then the chest, the best workout for the chest though would be a chest press because it isolates that muscle group. But if you google chest excercises you can most likely find numerous ones that will help.

Great post! I totally understand how you feel. I'm also trying to lose weight and I found this great product which is working for me (it's all 100% natural - a colon cleanse that was really gentle on my body. I feel so good and I lost 15 pounds). You can check the website at
