Ignore every comment that says your fat and that you need to lose weight, if you play soccer than your probably at the right weight. One of those girls that commented seems a little *cough* A LOT obssessed with her weight. As long as you feel good and as long as your healthy then your fine. Always believe that you ARE beautiful. and a Persons a person no matter what size.

well i would say ur kinda chubby. i am 5'4.5 and i weigh 113 punds, and i am trying to lose a good 10 pounds! what size do you wear? if your medium then ur medium sized. etc. i want to be x-small. now i am a small. i am fat though.

It's not that bad. If you're serious about soccer and actually training and running a lot of miles a week then you really should weigh that much to have the muscle mass needed to play upper level soccer. As long as it's mostly muscle you're fine.

it depends on what kinda body shape you have dough

take one of those bodyworks fat tests that tell you the percentage of fat on your body, if your body is over 50% fat then you might need to lose some weight but if it's muscle then your fine

It really depends on your body type.

I'm 5'4 and 135. I have a really athletic build so I'm not like ripped or anything but I'm more of a bigger boned/toned girl. It has taken me a while to really appreciate my body (it's been awesome since I've started to be really active and realize how strong and how much endurance I have, I love working out and running.). I used to think It was weight that mattered but if you are really into soccer, I bet your BMI isn't even that high. You may have a little extra baggage but curves are not a bad thing. If you're happy with the way you look that's all that matters.
