My husband is a fitness instructor & he said the rower is the best as you push with your legs & pull with your arms. So you are working upper & lower body. Make sure you have good posture & suck in your tummy whilst doing it this will help work your core (abs). 5 min warm up, 1 min fast 1 min slow for 20 min & 5 min cool down. Hope this helps good luck

I think I prefer the first picture with the glasses better. You look cute in them, and they fit your face nicely. And you don't look like a mindless, vapid bimbo. Intelligent girls are where its at, because they have actual substance, which can keep a relationship going after the initial "WOW, YOU'RE SO HOT" phase begins to end.

Either your friend is mean, jealous, or has a very different standard of beauty (and not a better one, either).

I do not know what an Elliptical trainer is but Rowing is better then Cycling because it works both upper and lower body, and more muscle groups in between. Also works you aerobically, hart and lungs. Cycling is fun but energy efficient so need to really sprint and work it to get any excessive. You are better off giving up alchol, and get a balanced diet, and use the body as much as you can through out the day. Take stairs not the elevator or escalator. Walk as much as you can. Also try to use manual tools if cooking cleaning etc.

Air Rower.

Pros
Inexpensive; offers a whole body workout; stable and sturdy.

Cons
None that are not the same as with any rower (knees, no water, etc.)

The Bottom Line
This is a simple, easy to use and effective cardio vascular machine that works your whole body. I like it. Four to five stars.
