Should I just do what I love-run, bike, swim-or push my self to do weights, push!


Question:

Should I just do what I love-run, bike, swim-or push my self to do weights, pushups, pullups?.?

I guess I love "aerobic" but not "anaerobic" exercise.


Answers:

if you do what you love it will last but if u push yourself you wont want to do it when ur not in the mood,also figure out what you want to accomplish and take it from there!
