If you aren't at least benching your own body weight you are weak. And I wouldn't consider you breaking into the "good" range until you can do 10 reps of your body weight.

Here's my recommendation to you, having been in the 111 lb shoes when I was 14. If you want to get bigger and stronger, you gotta eat like food is going out of style. You are at a perfect age to use puberty to help yourself get big. You also need to get in the gym. And when I say eat, I mean eat constantly. If you are able to get ahold of the book "Scrawny to Brawny," do so. It lays out a plan to get bigger that is easy to follow. Some of the science may be a bit over your head, but don't worry. You'll have a leg up on your peers when it all starts making sense.
