How can i get re-motivated to excersise?

Thats how I was when I graduated and I knew I wouldnt play team sports anymore. I still lifted weights, but I didnt do any of the things to keep my looking good. I jumped up to 220 pounds.

Well I finally realized I wanted to get back in shape. There was really nothing to do but just do it. You cant really negotiate with yourself, you just have to get out there and do it. Even if its just run for 10 minute, better than nothing. Eventully you will get back in the habit. Thats what I did and now I am back in shape like when I was in school

very simple
you are pushing yourself too hard
that's why you've lost motivation

your body can only handle so much at one time LOL

try doing 45 cardio everyday thee days a week
yes you need to rest
your body needs time to rebuild the torn tissues from exercising

Take your exercise slowly. Try doing 20 minutes on exercise days and gradually try to exercise for at least 30-45 minutes.
Try something fun like lifting kettle bells or doing calisthenics(jumping jacks, push ups, situps, etc.)

Before a workout, try having something very sour like some lemon juice or have something that can energize you. It works for me.

Losing motivation is common. You have to think of the results you'll have if you don't exercise and eat right to motivate you. Works for me at least.

Start off working out lightly, then work your way up to the old routine!
Then remember how good you felt when you used to workout!

Get out of the damned gym and get some real exercise out in the fresh air . Excersise for the sake of exercise is about as exciting as watching paint dry.Finding something TO DO with a reasonably in shape body can be very much a motivating tool
