Lose weight fast/toning?

I'm almost 14 years old, 5 foot 6 or 5 foot 7, pretty athletic. I wanna lose about 3 pounds in a week. No i will not give up food. Would running each night help? tips please

Actually better than running is walking. Running works your cardiovascular system and gives you more stamina, but for pure weight loss, nothing beats walking. It raises your heart rate but not to the cardiovascular point so you burt fat better.

Start with a very brisk 30 minute walk (about 2 mi) and work your way up to 45 minutes in a week or so,. When you get comfortable with it, try doing it 2 times a day on every other day. You'll notice your legs will get firm and tight quickly.
