My ideal weight number seems impossible for me?? Any ideas why.?!

Question: height 5'1" weight 128 lbs. body fat= 28% age = 26 . body frame = medium. Everyone is saying my ideal weight should be 110 lbs..I"m 128 lbs but I don't even look overweight at all. (measurement 34DD, 28, not sure but average) That is really weired to me should I still try to reach 110? Also I only eat about 1700 calories/day.

If you don't really feel like losing weight, you can always just do some weight training if you aren't already. If you add on a bit more muscle you'll lower your body fat percentage a bit. The ideal is between 21-24% for women.
If it makes you feel any better, I'm supposed to weight 118 according to the height and weight charts. But, I'm 25% body fat at 160 lbs..
Your already within a healthy body fat range, that's why you don't look overweight. 25-30% body fat is still acceptable.
I wouldn't necessarily try to reach 110, but a couple more body fat percentages would put you at ideal..

you should probably lose weight. i'm 5"10 and 118 lbs, so uhm.

As long as you look good to yourself you'll be fine. Comming from a guy, I dont really like women that look like a bean pole. Gotta have a little meat on the bones.

The body is designed to walk. Research shows that slow, rhythmic movement exercise, such as walking, resets your body
