Good way to stay full?!?!


Question: im 14 and 205 im working out and eating less but i find it's hard to stay full , any tips?

drink alot of water
eat a good breakfest

eat a good lunch
wen u get home eat a apple or fruit
<banana>

eat a good dinner

drink lots of water
or juices < juicesw/sugars fill cup half way w/punch and the other w/water and ice>

have snack <not past 7:30>


-wen eat,eat slowly and little bite
-insted of two searvings jus stick with one

eat an apple/pear and drink 300ml of sugarless green tea 30-45 mins before meals..it worked for me...also drink plenty of water in betweens to stay hydrated..

green tea really curbs your appetite. and drink lots of water beacause that will fill up your stomach, with only water weight added.good luck!

when you eat add vegetables you still eat without gaining weight it is really good and water is great

Get plenty of fiber and water.

eat alot of vegetables, especially ones like green beans (fresh is best). The amount of calories consumed is negative to the energy used in eating and digesting them, but the fiber content is high enough to keep you feeling full. Also, increased hydration with water.
